4. Vehicles Used
For our transfers, we use luxury sedans, SUVs, VIP minibusses, and private vehicles. All our vehicles are specially designed as VIP vehicles.
5. Are Your Vehicles Shared?
No. Our vehicles are exclusively for you and the number of passengers you specify. There are no additional passengers.
6. Do You Issue Invoices?
Yes, our company, operating in tourism and trade in Turkey, issues invoices for every service provided. All taxes are included in the price.
7. Prices
Our prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are for one-way transfers. If your desired destination is not listed, you can call us or contact us via WhatsApp for price information.
8. Meeting Point at the Airport
We will meet you at the airport arrival terminal with a sign displaying your name. If you cannot find our staff due to crowds, you can contact us via WhatsApp or phone, and we will guide you to a meeting point with your driver.
9. Cancellation and Changes
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. To cancel, simply email us or contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
10. Child Seat
A child seat is available free of charge in our vehicles upon request.
11. Return Transfer
We also provide return transfers from your hotel, holiday home, or other location to the airport.
12. Flight Delay
In case of a flight delay, our operations team will track your flight and wait for you under all circumstances.
